NB Environmental Services Ltd (NBESL) became incorporated in 2004. Previously, the organization was operated as a sole proprietorship known as Trinidad and Tobago Recycling Centre (TTRC) which began operations in 2000. TTRC was founded by Neil Benjamin with the purpose of protecting the environment by the provision of premier Environmental Transport & Disposal Services. With one truck crew but no truck, TTRC rented vacuum trucks in an effort to meet the needs of its increasing clientele

While the organization’s name and structure has changed since 2000, the excellent service by which we were identified has continued and improved. Our team is led by our proactive and dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Benjamin and has grown to include thirty (30) strong willed, competent employees now equipped with a fleet of vehicles which includes vacuum tankers, flatbed trucks with attached cranes, dumper trucks, tractor truck with a 40 ft trailer, hook loader and a ton and a half truck. The range of services has been extended to include a variety of other services.

NB Environmental Services Ltd was founded with the purpose of protecting the environment and our team will continue to utilize their vast experience and wealth of knowledge to meet and surpass any and all customer needs in this area. The ever evolving technologies of this century have ensured NBESL’s exploration of new growth opportunities in this field based on our customers’ needs.

Our team is led by our dynamic Managing Director, Mr Benjamin. It has grown to include 30 skilled employees now equipped with a fleet of vehicles which includes vacuum trucks, flatbed trucks with articulated cranes, dumper trucks, tractor trucks with a 40 ft trailers, hook loaders. There are also other vehicles used for transporting employees to and from work as well as making deliveries. These are all stored at the company’s warehouse located in Freeport.

History of NBESL

Over the years NB Environmental Services has grown and developed into four divisions:

  1. Environmental Services and Waste Disposal – Provides a full service to all your environmental and waste services needs.
  2. Heavy Equipment and Transportation – Equipped with a fleet of flatbed articulated crane trucks, 20ft and 40ft trailers for pulling of containers heavy lifting and all your heavy transportation needs.
  3. Rental Facilities – Conference room for meetings, accommodations for company dinners and events, private events.
  4. Quarry Division: – NB Environmental recently began expanding our capabilities by offering Quarry services with sand and gravel at our Freeport facility.

Other Accomplishments:

  1. STOW Certification at High Risk Level Onshore
  2. Certificate of Recognition from PCS Nitrogen for one million safe work hours
